A Brief History of LW&S Woodwork
Although Lagos Woodcarving and Sculpture (LW&S) was established in Klien, Texas in 1982, founder Luis A Lagos already had 36 years of experience in the woodworking and woodcarving field, having started at the age of 13 at Billa Woodwork in Salto, Uruguay in 1946 and apprenticing under his father Ramon Leopoldo Lagos. LW&S is now managed by third generation woodcarver Joseph L Lagos in Tomball Texas.

LW&S can design and build custom furniture. We repair broken and mis-handled woodwork. We reproduce missing pieces and duplicate obsolete architectural elements. We build modern style furniture too!
